**Responsabilidades principales**
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (8 or 10 max)
- Oversee the supervision of colleagues, which includes work allocation, training, career planning, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Understand how to organize and motivate experienced developers to accomplish shared goals.
- Lead and promote in-depth review of solution requirements and design, technical review and analysis of source code developed in-house, as well as review of technologies provided by 3rd party vendors.
- Facilitate close collaboration with other teams and individuals on design, development, testing, documentation, and production tasks in support of the business objectives and business success.
- Be part of the overall leader group for your region and global team to ensure colleague success and delivery consistency.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure development processes, performance and commitments meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
- Partner with Project Management, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to appropriately understand, represent, and deliver well aligned solutions. Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have: (5 or 6 Max)
- 4 years managing an enterprise IT team
- 4 years project management + presentation experience
- 3 years as a software developer (or similar)
- CRM, Quote to Cash, CPQ functionality experience

Preferred: (2 or 3 Max)
- Ability to multitask and switch focus as the business requires
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
- Able to negotiate timelines and feature content, balancing competing needs of various project sponsors.
- Establish clear priorities to achieve business objectives.
- People oriented, experienced in managing and nurturing distributed teams both onshore and offshore
- Strong teambuilding skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others; Must be effective in a matrixed and geographically distributed environment.
- Able to organize and mentor development teams by recognizing and utilizing the differing capabilities of individuals appropriately and effectively.
- Passionate about organizing and delivering well designed solutions that meet business objectives and drive business success.
- Comfortable managing complex projects and schedules with limited resources.
Technical / professional qualifications:

- IT Degree or relevant professional experience
- Technical qualifications pertinent to the role
- Spanish and English fluently
