IT Delivery ManagerBNP Paribas Personal Finance, a leading consumer finance company under BNP Paribas Group, is searching for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT services delivery for Data Services to our subsidiaries and corporate entities.OverviewIn the Shared Service Center (S.ET) based in Spain and Portugal, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT for Data Services to PF Subsidiaries & Corporate under two operating models (Managed and Extended Team). You will maintain service levels, manage external providers, support the team’s professional development, and contribute to the service P&L.ResponsibilitiesOversee services delivered by the team and contribute to the development of subsidiaries’ initiatives and the set‑up of new services.For the “managed model”:Ensure operational excellence (availability/SLAs, incident/problem/change management, capacity and cost control).Guarantee proper functioning of applications and infrastructures.Maintain mandatory documentation, governance, security, and compliance standards.Assess customer feedback and use creativity to improve services.Close‑manage external services providers.Communicate with stakeholders and users.Contribute to the management of the P&L of Services.Support, develop, and empower team members, focusing on individual skillsets, aspirations, and development needs.Manage staff holidays, absences, back‑up schemes, recruitment processes, mobility, newcomers; evaluate daily work, write annual appraisals, and monitor performance and motivation.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement/innovation within the teams.QualificationsBachelor’s / Master’s in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).+5 years in IT delivery roles, with at least 2 years leading teams/services (multi‑squad, multi‑country).Proven track record leading IT data deliveries in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.Knowledge in Big Data, Cloud, and CI/CD technologies.Demonstrated application ownership for data‑centric products/services (run/operate, SLAs, risk & compliance).Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).Nice to HaveExperience with generative AI technologies to drive innovation in data‑driven solutions.Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and their practical application in enterprise environments.Soft SkillsClear communication and stakeholder engagement.Decision‑making under uncertainty, risk management and escalation.Results‑driven delivery.Team leadership, coaching, partnership management.Personal impact/ability to influence and generate commitment.Strong organizational skills.LanguagesEnglish level B2/C1French level B2/C1 – nice to haveBenefitsTraining programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities.Diversity and Inclusion Committee with employee communities (PRIDE, We Generations, MixCity).Corporate volunteering program (1 Million Hours 2 Help).Flexible compensation plan.Hybrid telecommuting model (50%).31 vacation days.Diversity and inclusion commitmentBNP Paribas Group in Spain is an equal opportunity employer and proudly provides equal employment opportunity to all job seekers.
