Responsable de la calidad de la entrega de los servicios.

Responsable de los resultados económicos del contrato.

Responsable de la satisfacción del cliente.

Desarrollo de la cuenta en colaboración con el equipo comercial.

Liderar la transformación la innovación y la mejora continua.

Representar a la compañía en el cliente.

Reporte interno.

Identificar y transmitir a la organización las necesidades del cliente

Reportar el estado del servicio y los proyectos al cliente a nível táctico elaboración de los informes y defensa de los mismos.

Coordinar las distintas unidades que prestan el servicio al cliente

Máximo representante ante el cliente por los servicios prestados

Gestión de escalados

+ de 5 años de experiência en el puesto

Formación y experiência en proyectos vinculados a infraestructura técnica

Alto nível de inglés a nível conversación

Disponibilidad para trabajar en formato híbrido en Getafe
- Madrid.

ITIL PMP Gestión de equipos gestión de servicios.
