We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in the Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees operations of over 700 personnel, focusing on scaling our business. The primary responsibility is to shape the delivery strategy within your areas of responsibility and contribute to the overall company strategy. The role's objectives align with the company's top-level goals and growth targets for the Delivery Segment.In addition to collaborating closely with the Leadership Team on delivery strategy, responsibilities include supervising a large engineering organization, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and pre-sales activities, and fostering account growth. The position reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (C-level).Responsibilities:Lead Delivery Organization:Manage a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients.Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Explore and adopt new technologies and tools to drive innovation.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams.Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development:Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions.Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing success.Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support to ensure sales success.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute segment strategies.Keep Intellias at the forefront of technological innovation:Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application in our solutions.Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with business goals.Stay updated on the latest trends in software engineering to keep the team industry-leading.Requirements:10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a well-established company (3000+ employees).Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people with proven results.Strong skills in program and portfolio management, Agile methodologies.Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices; experience as a solution architect is advantageous.Understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape.Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and managerial skills.Proven strategic planning and execution capabilities.Proactive, assertive, and committed to achieving goals.Comprehensive knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and processes.Experience with business development, sales, and presales management.Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility.MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is a plus.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Please note:If you are not a passport holder of the country where the vacancy is located, a work permit may be required.
