As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us for a position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one's areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The role's objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth.Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth. The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).Lead Delivery Organization: Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service to our cllients Develop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve our efficiency and quality of company's services Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teams Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees) ~ Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management ~ In-depth understanding of Digital business as well as it's IT landscape and trends ~ Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence ~ Profound experience with strategic planning and execution ~"ready for an extra mile ~ Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.) ~ Strong competence in presale management ~ Financial management skills, experience managing P&L for a large services organization ~ MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; MBA or similar) would be an advantage ~ Fluent level of written and spoken English ~
