About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Regional Vice President Europe, The incumbent will be responsible to provide him with high level administrative support.

What your day would be like

Provide high level administrative support to the Regional Vice President Europe;
Responsible for the full coordination of business travel and day-to-day scheduling of appointments of the Regional Vice President Europe;
Responsible for the logistics of the Regional Leadership Team meetings;
Coordinate the information flow within the European region and with external clients at all levels, prepare briefings and presentations as required;
Contribute to and provide assistance in the implementation of various regional projects;
Draft and appropriately address correspondences for high profile stakeholders, both internal and external;
Any other tasks as requested by the Regional Vice President Europe.

We would love to hear from you if you have

A University Degree;
5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
Ability to interact with high level management and senior industry stakeholders;
Highly energetic and motivated individual;
Good interpersonal skills, strong team player;
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English; other European languages would be an asset.
