As a Growth Marketeer at Rojo Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven strategies to enhance our brand's visibility, drive high-quality leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and distributing content that resonates with our target audience, drives traffic, and converts leads. Your expertise in performance marketing, performance analysis and SEO will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy.

Together with our Marketing Lead and Business Development team, you are responsible for setting in place marketing best practices to ensure the growth and success of Rojo Consultancy through social media, content strategy and marketing activities. You will set up inbound and outbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, drive high-quality leads, growing an online community and tracking that community’s growth.

You will play an important role in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns through a wide variety of channels.

We'd like you to optimize and distribute engaging content (video, newsletter, landing page) to reach our target groups and improve visibility online. To acquire, retain & engage customers, you will develop global lead generation campaigns (via LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage and nurture target audiences.
- Create and optimize search campaigns to improve our online presence and generate leads.
- Implement marketing automation software to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.

**What do you need to succeed**
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have proven experience (2+ years) in B2B marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and/or search campaigns.
- Experience in driving growth and achieving measurable results.
- You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a good understanding of KPI’s
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
- You are a savvy user of LinkedIn Manager & Google Ads Manager and have proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- You are results-oriented and a passion for continuous improvement.
- You understand the core of experimenting. V1, V2, scale, rinse & repeat.
- You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders and teams in order to achieve goals.
