**What we offer**
We offer a Trade Marketing Specialist position to join our Original Grocery sales team.
Reporting to our Iberia Sales Development Manager, you will be accountable for the development and execution of trade campaigns across Iberia market supporting the business strategies to ensure company growth in the channel.
- Sales analysis (internal, market and clients’ sales)
- Market & competitors' analysis (promotions, brochures, prices)
- Preparation of presentations for clients
- Design of brochures, mailings and other CRM and advertising materials for clients
- Development of ad-hoc projects for clients: planograms design, website review and analysis, development of POS events (materials, hostesses)
**What** **you** **will** do**_ _**
- Prepare and manage the Promotional plan for Brands and channels:
- Development of the Promotional activities with close monitoring of their impact on the market ( promo days, coupons, promo sell out )
- Management and coordination of the suppliers for the development of the POP material (POS/Gadget/Exhibitors/Leaflet)
- Communicate to the sales Team / Point of Sales the promo initiatives
- Sales analysis (internal, market and clients’ sales): Qualitative and quantitative analysis and follow up of the results of each initiative vs. the expected impact
- Definition of the guidelines for the correct use and implementation of the POP material in the Point of Sales to guarantee the Brand visibility
- Creation and implementation of ad hoc activities for each client
- Preparation of presentations for clients
- Design of brochures, mailings and other CRM and advertising materials for clients
- Development of ad-hoc projects for clients: planograms design, website review and analysis, development of POS events (materials, hostesses)
- Monitor and control of the A&P expenses, according to the assigned budget
- At least 20% of his/her time, the resource will be present on the field to follow up and align Sales guidelines
- Support the Sales Development Manager in the monitoring of the Channel/Clients market dynamics, by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Work transversally with the direct and indirect sales team structure and with the local Marketing Team.

- Degree in Economics or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG business
- Experience in the field will be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Able to practice active listening to market inputs
