Your role:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Understand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to it.
- Escalate potential service issues to the proper department.
- To follow all the processes and procedures established to the brand.
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
- Provide cover for other representatives in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
- Liaise with the Team manager/ Mentors on specific projects where requested.
- To understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness, delays and overtime.
- To attend regular Team Meetings.
- To work on additional tasks required by Team manager or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products.
Hours and Benefits:
- 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00- Salary for 39 hours: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.200 Euros gross/year
- Ongoing training
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English, Spanish.
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment. As well as teamwork skills.
- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need.
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution.
- Initiative and disponibility to receive trainings and adaptation skills.
- Proven expertise in client services regarding fashion or boutique experience.
- Interest and passion for fashion as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
- Proven expertise in E-commerce client service (after purchase)
- Knowledge of emotional intelligence that allows the agent to identify a customer's problem and solve it in an empathetic way.
- Proven expertise in Payment Method platforms
- Knowledge in CRM software.- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
