Partner Support Associate Intern

**What You'll Do**:
Start date in March 2025
- Onboarding: Support reseller team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients through resellers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
- Provide operational, efficient & accurate campaign delivery recommendations and be the lead point on execution through reseller teams.
- Proactive client/reseller communication.. you will join weekly calls and QBRs which will be led by the Reseller Account Strategist.
- Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for any technical issues or challenges faced by resellers or clients.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, Ops etc.) to ensure alignment and support for resellers.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting to resellers
- Provide support on renumeration of quarterly rebate calculations
- House updates: opportunities on new solutions & contacts
- Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, AX, TS, Products)
- Support on execution on new campaign launches
- Proactively evaluate, analyze & troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate main seasonality trends, identify and follow up on any ongoing issues.
**Who You Are**:
- Ideally you recently completed studies in Marketing with a focus on Digital
- You have previous internship experience in sales, client service or product marketing in a tech-related field
- Have business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors
- Passion for media, internet trends and continual learning
- Business level of English - both spoken and written
- Able to provide University Internship Agreement and able to join for 6 months on a full-time basis
