Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, The Hotels Network team is made up of over 150 people from 30 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a **Partner Support Intern **to join our team based in Barcelona. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a very ambitious company at a point where your work will have immediate impact on its growth and results. And have fun doing it, too. **Responsibilities**: - Operational support in the administrative management of our Partnerships team. - Create reports in the CRM (Salesforce) and support the data base enrichment. - Support the team improving, defining and configuring tools & processes. - Market Research and analysis of new markets and opportunities. **Requirements**: - To make a Curricular or non-curricular Internship agreement (or "convenio") with the University / School. - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or related field. - Part or Full time position. - Internship must be for 4-6 months minimum. - CRM knowledge is a plus (Salesforce). - To be fluent in English, other languages are a plus. - Hotel industry knowledge is valuable. **Soft Skills**: - Hands-on attitude and sense of initiative. - Multitasking and problem solving skills. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Team player and fun to work with. **We offer**: - International environment with over 35 nationalities. - Nice office in the center of Barcelona. - Have a real impact on a fast-growing innovative technology company. - Continuous internal and external training. - Healthy work life balance with flexible working hours and a remote-friendly work policy. - Free “puentes” (when Tuesday or Thursday is a bank holiday, THN will give Monday or Friday free). - Exclusive discounts at hotels all around the world. - Coffee, tea, fresh fruit and Friday team breakfast. - This is a paid internship. - _THN is a harassment-free, supportive and safe environment to ensure the healthiest and friendliest professional experience fostering diversity at all levels._ **Job Type**: Temporary
