**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
CIC energiGUNE is looking for postdoctoral researcher in the field of inorganic materials to join our team. As a member of the Research Team _Design and Synthesis of Inorganic Materials_, you will collaborate with other international and dynamic researchers with expertise in inorganic synthesis materials, electrochemical characterizations, and advanced structural and surface characterizations.
Main functions:
- Design and execute the synthesis of inorganic materials, having full access to the **Material Acceleration Platform (MAP)** developed within our team.
- Perform advanced materials characterizations, using techniques such as X-ray and Neutron powder diffraction, spectroscopy, electron microscopy, electrochemical characterizations, etc.
- Collaborate in the development and optimization of automatized solutions for high-throughput synthesis and characterization.
- Write technical reports and scientific publications.
- Present results in international conferences and technical projects meetings.

**DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTITUTION**:
- PhD Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields.
- Solid background in inorganic synthesis, as well as physical-chemical and structural characterizations.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and autonomy.
- A committed team player.
- A highly motivated person dedicated to conducting high-quality research
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of programming language(s) is considered a bonus.
