You are the point of contact for our customers and consumers in the total process from order to cash and advise them in a professional way with sound knowledge and a good dose of enthusiasm.
In this versatile position, it is therefore important that you have good communication skills and a commercial and customer-oriented attitude. You enjoy working independently, are committed to your team and help each other and other colleagues where necessary. You are proactive, think in solutions, have a flexible attitude and can change gear quickly.
You enjoy working with different systems (we work with Unit4, MS Office, among others). In addition to English and Dutch, you also have knowledge of another foreign language, such as German and/or Spanish.
**Our company**
VAHB B.V., with its own brands Bo-Camp, Crespo and Gimex is part of BOCORP. Crespo is the European market leader in camping furniture. Bo-Camp is the brand with a very wide range of camping and leisure equipment. Gimex is originally a German brand, known for its contemporary melamine tableware, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans. The Three brands are internationally strong and we supply throughout Europe to distributors, agents, (inter)national retailers and directly to consumers through various e-commerce channels.

**Customer Service Department**: The Customer Service Department currently has 7 employees (national and international).
We have taken a new direction and want to serve our customers and consumers even more intensively and strengthen our position internationally. To this end, we are now specifically looking for someone to manage contacts with customers and also support the department with consumer queries.
**What will you be doing?**
**Job description**:
You are also responsible for the entire order-to-cash process: from entering and following up orders, to invoicing and monitoring payments. You monitor progress, coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance, and ensure that deliveries and payments are made correctly and on time.
With your service-oriented attitude, you actively contribute to a positive customer experience and a smooth sales process.
**What is required of you?**
- MBO working and thinking level;
- You have some work experience as a Customer Service Employee or are a starter on the job market;
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Command of German, Spanish and/or French is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP is a plus;
- Affinity with consumer goods or branded goods;
- Communicative, proactive, commercial, customer-focused, enterprising;
