The Business Operations Manager acts as the gel between Client, internal account teams, and external vendors, in a high velocity creative production environment.
The primary objective in this role is facilitating work processes, ironing out kinks, innovating improves ways of work in partnership with creative operations teams as well as our creative network.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of creative production flows
- Promotes a smooth delivery system for creative production by optimizing the efficiency of our creative studio network
- Recommends and implements process improvements for everyday operation procedures -Ensure delivery/service risks are managed effectively
- Managing production capacity in our creative network with a clear eye on meeting the ever-growing demand pipeline
- Ensuring that the pillars of price, speed and quality are achieved at all times through all studios in our creative network by implementing robust processes and and other support infrastructure
- Implementing and defining workflows for all work streams and ensuring our creative network ius delivering. -Work with VP of Customer Success to analyze client needs and determine how operations can be altered to improve service to clients and continue to meet their needs
- Tracks and and reports hub spend to ensure gross margins are sustained
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years in creative operations within an agency or production network
- Able to navigate ambiguity by aligning to corporate goals, making pragmatic decisions to improve production outcomes
- Experience leading brand, content, and communication design experience
- Strong background in building process in a creative production environment
- Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: 45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
