My client, an established Property Development Company with exciting new developments along the coast in Mijas, Estepona & Alcaidesa. The team have more than 30 years’ experience in appraising and acquiring large portfolios of land and property assets, which include developing residential, commercial premises and marina developments. My client can be flexible on office base, either Spain or Gibraltar.

With strong commercial acumen, you will be a self-starter, good at working well on your own, using your initiative and problem solving. Able to organise and prioritise your workload, motivated, and taking responsibility being part of your nature.

You should also be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages would be considered advantageous.

Full driving licence essential

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
Collaborates in the development of new products and materials
Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Close working relationship with the sales team to ensure effectiveness of sales strategy
Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Business, social media platforms, etc.)
English and Spanish professional proficiency.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Residential property marketing experience preferred
