As a Digital Media Specialist, you will beresponsible for initiating, executing, and reportingon digital marketing initiatives to drive awarenessand demand generation within Esker's targetmarket. You will develop and execute Esker's paidads strategy, create and optimize landing pageperformance to increase engagement with Esker'sbrand.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with hands-on experience executing digital campaigns acrossemail, paid and social media ad platforms. Youshould have an in-depth understanding of digitalmedia strategies and platforms, data analysis, andoptimization. You are not only a planner and a doer,but a creative thinker with strong writing skills whois savvy at crafting channel-specific copy that'spersonalized for your target audience.

Key Tasks / Duties

Paid Ads:

• Launch and manage paid ads across multipleplatforms (Demandbase, Google, Social)

• Optimize digital ad copy, creative and audiencetargeting to improve rank and increase conversions.

• Create, manage and optimize digital adcampaigns for our suite of products, focused on butnot limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, andFacebook.Twitter

• Manage monthly budgets and optimize toconversion-focused KPIs (ROAS, CPA, ConversionRate, CPC, CTR, etc.)

• Build campaigns in Salesforce to attribute leadacquisition to paid campaigns

Website:

• Build high converting landing pages withindifferent CMS platforms (Unbounce, WordPress,Drupal)

• Customize and perform content experiments,make changes and design landing pages throughHTML & CSS

• Develop, strategize and execute A/B testing onlanding pages

Reporting & Research:

• Analyze, report and measure the full downstreamimpact of digital campaigns in terms of engagementand pipeline and generated

• Regularly analyze and report on key performanceindicators (KPIs) of campaign engagement

• Leverage reporting to inform optimizationrecommendations on how to maximize budget andallocate resources toward highest return oninvestment (ROI)

• Perform competitive analysis, audience research,and other market insights to develop digitalcampaigns that further the growth of the company.

• Monitor campaign budgets, timing, A/B testing,and bid adjustments

Editorial Content:

• Editorial Calendar for SN and Press

• Coordination with other Marketing areas

• Work on Canva

• Work with Creative Corpo

• Writing and editing on different platforms

• Writers coordination (4 external writers, 1copywriter)

• Press Releases writing and publishing

• Calendar coordination with Corporate

• Press Database upkeeping

Educational Requirements

• Education in Digital Marketing or a related field. High Level of English (C1)

Essential Experience

• Minimum 6 years combined experience in B2Bdigital marketing, with preferred experience inAccount Based Marketing

• Knowledge in marketing analytics, reporting andleveraging account-based intent data

• Knowledge of digital channels and tactics,including experience with the necessary tools (e.g.,Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Linkedin,Google Analytics, etc.)

• Experience running campaigns and programs thatdirectly contributed to pipeline growth using modernmarketing tools and channels

• Analytical problem-solver with ability to useanalytics to continually optimize campaigns

• Experience with Demandbase is a huge plus.

• Outstanding verbal and written communicationskills
