Current destinations we operate in include popular holiday hot-spots such as: Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Croatia and Cyprus, USA, the Caribbean, Thailand, the UAE, Oman and many others.

**Job Purpose Overview**

For our Center of Competence, we are currently looking for a Marketing Services Manager. This position is responsible for providing Marketing and Content Management materials and activities for utilization both centrally and by Meeting Point destination commercial teams, across various channels, both traditional and social. The role oversees graphic design & visual content.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Establish DMC marketing & brand guidelines for use across Meeting Point destinations
- Create compelling and engaging DMC Collaterals for use across a range of channels (including tenders, trade fairs, media)
- Maintain a library of professional marketing and brand materials, including standardized/ template documentation for use in local and global tenders
- Advise on content and presentation of global tenders
- Maintain DMC B2B Website and Social Media Channels, ensuring appropriate and regularly refreshed content
- Collaborate closely with Sales Steering and Business Development, as well as the destination commercial teams to leverage appropriate channels and content
- Measure and monitor social media impact and make recommendations relating to marketing channel spend
- Champion the transformation towards a digital operating model
- Manages graphic and visual design expertise (internal or via agency)

**Your Experience and Qualifications**:

- BA degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the leisure, travel and tourism industry; with minimum 2 years experience in Marketing services, ideally in B2B space
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of any other languages is a plus
- Experience in producing creative and impactful B2B marketing materials across traditional and social channels
- Positive, highly motivated, analytical and results-oriented
