**POSITION**:Business Development Manager
**OPERATING AREA**: Spain and LATAM market. Occasionally other international markets.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
To self-generate new business opportunities, close the deals, and take care of the management:
- Maximise the sales of products
- Establish, maintain, and manage sales accounts and relationships
- Reach the targets and goals set for the geographical area
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to the market
- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in the assigned sales market
- Participate in trade events and other marketing activities
- Analyse sales figures, and reports accurately on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis on sales results, forecasts, and pipeline
- Collect customer & consumer feedback and market research
- Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to drive growth and achieve all targets for Operator, ODM, and OEM channels
- Supervise and provide training to all sales personnel to achieve company profit generation targets
- Manage pricing, deal pricing, and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketing department
- Implementation of field activities and sales promotions campaigns
**ESSENTIALS**:
- 3-4 years of working experience in sales
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in vaping, and electronic cigarettes
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing key accounts and multiple accounts
- Ability to operate in fast-growing market & handle the competition
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Positive, competitive, dynamic, and results driven attitude
- Excellent communication and professional approach
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Driver's License is a must.
