We are looking for **IS/IT Product Manager Service Desk** to be part of our **IT service Management** team**:

**The role**

Under the supervision and guidance of your Product Group Manager based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for the product **ServiceDesk, which includes further developing the Product focusing on providing the best employees´ experience and building strategic partnerships to optimize the value for money of the associated services and solution**. You will be working closely across the Nestlé IT organization, directly with the markets, as well as relevant Product & platform Managers.
You are responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and strategy execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery, including the users´ adoption and satisfaction. You are accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including ITIL service models.
On the delivery side of the product, you are responsible for analyzing and continuously managing the value for money, ensuring the product is adopted as widely as possible. You deliver solutions that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end users. You provide digital solutions at the forefront of Generative AI and automation technologies. You build partnerships with IT companies to provide efficient services to the markets. You manage your stakeholders, including the IT Zone Heads and Zone Functional relationship Managers as well as the team(s) developing new capabilities that bring value to your products and product groups.

**What you’ll do**
- Be responsible for developing a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value for the Nestlé users. To do so, the Product Manager collaborates with the community of the Market IT Functional Relationship managers, the relevant Product and Platform Managers and the Solution Architect.
- Build and own an engaging ServiceDesk strategy in which the employee experience is at the center of everything, positioning the ServiceDesk has the showcase for the digital experience with IT.
- Define the requirements for the IT vendors to provide the operational ServiceDesk services, in conjunction with Procurement.
- Manage the relationship with the selected IT vendors, establish the governance between the markets and the vendors, develop Vendor management capabilities within his-her team.
- Owns the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market & sell, to deliver & operate and to measure its success.
- Ensures product contribution to the business value.
- Increases product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction as well as other value indicators.
- Creates the context, selects talent, develops people, drives performance and recognizes achievements.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in IS/IT Service Management (experience with ServiceDesk would be an asset).
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of IT Service management solutions (ServiceNow, Call management) and experience in digital technologies such as Artifical Intelligence and Chatbot are an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities and mediums (face-to-face and remote).
- Inspires teams and customers´ visions.
- Able to create & maintain strong relationships to key stakeholders.
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.

**Bonus Points If you have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a product-based IS/IT organization.
- Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
