We are looking for a person with an excellent capability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience implementing efficient processes on cloud-based solutions to join our team in

**Position Snapshot**:

**What you’ll do**:

- Play crucial role in capturing feedback from business users and stakeholders to meet expected service levels, data governance best practices and drive product excellence.
- Support continuous improvement of existing business processes, governance and user engagement of IT Sustainability solutions.
- Supervise implementation of enhancements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate operational calls with product owners and other sustainability stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient regular reporting processes across Sustainability solutions and ensure IT security standards are applied across these solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

- Previous knowledge in Sustainability.
- Cloud platforms knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps tool.
