In the Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology department (MSE) we strive to be the preferred and most solicited intrapreneurs of Nestlé IT, an industry reference and as technology enablers we provide personalized, mobile only, AI powered products and eco-systems creating delightful and frictionless consumer and customer experiences, in particular in the **eCommerce Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) **area.

**Position Summary**:
Under the supervision and guidance of her/his Product Group Manager based in Switzerland, the **Product Manager **is responsible for one or several products within a product group. S/He is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope (including IS/IT consumers’ adoption).

Along the full product life cycle, the product manager works closely with IS/IT customers and consumers to support company objectives and initiatives. The product manager is accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including value delivery model (L1, L2, L3 etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop the **_Product strategy and vision_**, working with the eBusiness Function, Business Relationship Manager, Enterprise and Product Group architects, develops a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value in line with corporate and business strategy.
- _Stakeholders’ engagement_, orchestrating internal and external stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps.
- _Go to market and value delivery_, prepares the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market and sell it (for BRMs at the Centre and in the markets), to deliver and operate it (for product teams) and to measure its success (for performance manager and BRMs), ensures product contribution to the business value (follow the guidelines of the CIO office for the business KPIs).
- Drives adoption, increases product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction.
- _Leads and Develops high performing teams_ and in alignment with the people process cycle and the 5 people practices, creates the context: creates alignment, leads by example, promotes an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. (Sustain the change). Selects talent, recruits and onboards people and plans capabilities for the future. Develops people, coaches, defines effective (70-20-10) development plans and assesses talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success. - _ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders_ including Markets/Receivers, Partners, Product Managers, and Digital Marketing teams.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years industry experience in large scale implementations in Technical** eCommerce **consulting or development services.
- Demonstrated experience in a_ product based IS/IT organization_.
- _Team Leadership_**_ _**(5-10 people), recruitment, coaching.
- eCommerce, Payment Integration, Logistics Integration, Add2Cart/Catalogue experience in driving Web Agencies for Web Shop development.
- Proven track record in having managed multi-disciplinary Teams in charge of the development using one or many of the following technologies: PHP, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
- Experience in working within a multidisciplinary project team, with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way, Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel, Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
