Para una multinacional de Logística buscamos **IT Technical Support (English Speaker)**

Con experiência en:

- Soporte a aplicaciones.
- Conocimientos de SQL
- Conocimientos de scripting.
- Conocimientos de Linux o Unix.
- Conocimientos de ITIL (es lo que utiliza el cliente).

**Lo que hará**:

- Gestión y Mantenimiento de infraestructura, Servidores y Bases de Datos.
- Patching de actualizaciones de seguridad, Upgrade de versiones de Sistema Operativo y Migración de Bases de Datos de un Servidor a otro.
- Tareas de comprobación de Desastre y Recuperación de Servidores y Bases de Datos.
- Programación y gestión de trabajos programados fuera de horarios de negocio.
- Resolución de incidencias de Gestión de Usuarios, Cuentas y Cuentas Genéricas, Infraestructura y Bases de Datos.
- Gestión de Directorio Activo y de Usuarios para aplicaciones del cliente y otros portales y aplicaciones relacionados.
- Gestión, seguimiento e investigación para resolución de incidencias y solicitudes de tickets asignados al departamento de L2 Apps Support del cliente
- Soporte de Segundo Nível a aplicaciones desarrolladas por el cliente

**OFRECEMOS**:

- Proyecto muy estable.
- Soporte nível 2.
- Imprescindible inglés alto.
- 3 días teletrabajo/2 días oficina (La Finca, Pozuelo). Suelen ir martes y jueves, pero son flexibles.
- Horario: todo el año, de lunes a jueves, de 09:00 a 18:00h, viernes, hasta las 15:00h (salvo si hay cosas que cerrar de la semana).
- Tienen que hacer una guardia al mes. Las guardias están incluidas en el salario, no se pagan aparte.
- Las intervenciones en fin de semana y festivos sí se pagan aparte, son 150€ el fin de semana. Suele ser un fin de semana al mes.
- Salario: 30.000€ - 32.000€ brutos anuales
