Operations Sales Executive

Join our growing Beauty Distribution company as a Sales and Operations Executive We're looking for a commercially minded professional to manage the operational needs of our UK and German retail partners. You'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless order processing and delivery while representing our brands with exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. Providing customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery through our ERP systems to manage stock effectively across our European third-party logistics partners.
You will handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation, conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships and collaborate with our Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive sales and always deliver customer service excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus).
- Experience in customer service, logistics or sales.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
