As an operations analyst, your goal within the team is to ensure smooth and efficient business and internal processes and contribute to align activities to Parser top priorities. You will also focus on problem solving and the implementation of goal-oriented strategies. This role also involves data analysis, reporting and process improvement.

**The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas**:

- Improve core processes by understanding the current ones, identifying key bottlenecks, proposing improvements, monitoring and consolidating further improvements, and finally providing documentation and training.
- Assist and monitor areas to achieve OKRs and strategic initiatives.
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve KPIs in core areas of the company.
- Build tools and processes, to carry out automated actions and monitoring of key tasks.
- Own dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of data reports and analysis for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Actively engage and learn from your colleagues to grow, develop and make your mark.

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- +3 years working in operations and/or business improvement roles.
- Data-driven decision-making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with relevant analytical thinking are needed.
- Experience working with BI tools like Data studio, PowerBi, Tableau.
- BS, BA degree in business or industrial engineering preferred
- Passion for analyzing data and converting them into information which drives business decisions
- Experience working in a technology or high-growth company is a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience in OKRs is a plus
- Ownership and accountability mentality
- Desirable skills: ability to analyze covariance by comparing data sets consisting of two variables.
- Advanced verbal and written skills in English, as well as a high level of confidence interacting with business stakeholders of all levels.
