As a Transformation Business Analyst, your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital, data & AI transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Project Support & Delivery: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives. Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies. Business acumen and customer oriented. English – fluent in speaking and writing – mandatory.
