As a Sales Training Data Analyst, your role will be to support all data analysis and visualization requirements along with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting for the Sales Training and Development function within Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement team.

For this role, we are looking for a data analyst with background and experience generating, analysing, and visualizing training and related sales performance reports to create and continuously improve learning programs and provide holistic view of the health, performance, and impact of all sales enablement initiatives across the global commercial teams.

We are looking for a self-driven individual contributor with the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders, both face to face (or virtually) and across geographies. In this role, you will be essential to the growth and success of Criteo and our extended team members.

What you'll do:
Partnering closely with our commercial teams globally, the Training Data Analyst will provide recommendations based on high quality data analysis and strong understanding of Sales Metrics and Performance, Learning Data, and the relation between them. Data insights generated by the Training Data Analyst will drive improvements, and recommendations that will have immediate and measurable impacts over both our Sales and Sales Training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Creates success measures aligned to business strategy.
- Works with our Program Managers and Field Enablement Partners team to implement design standards for measuring and reporting on the impact of learning experiences
- Identifies trends, themes, and correlations in training data, summarize impact and recommend adjustments.
- Organizes and presents learning and operational metrics in a way that allows the team and its internal customers to reinforce the impact and value of programs with various stakeholders.
- Establish automated data collection mechanisms for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and key metrics on both our operational and strategic performance
- Identifies and implements new methodologies for evaluating the impact of various learning initiatives.
- Produces metrics and reporting on program participation and compliance
- Partners with all other Learning and Development teams across the organisation to adopt common assessment and evaluation processes.
- Design and build dynamic dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide decision makers actionable insights timely and regularly, using business intelligence or learning analytics tools
- Deploy learning impact evaluations consistently
- Performs ad hoc reporting for any of the team initiatives as needed.
- Measure the impact of our learning programs in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes,
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility; Help define data governance structure, processes, and standards
- Act as an indispensable performance consultant by proactively providing insight to learning professionals and leaders on trends observed from data, enabling them to continue to deliver value to the company
- Make data-powered recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work consultatively and collaboratively with internal customers and stakeholders in defining learning data and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) measurement needs
- Help tell the story of learning impact with data and fact-based insights in a manner that drives inspired action on the right priorities
- Champion the use of analytics with the organization’s drive to optimize learning impact

Who you are
- Education or work experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in Learning and Development or HR / Talent Development
- Experience in business intelligence, statistics, or people analytics
- High proficiency level of analytical skills - critical thinking, information analysis, research, communication, problem solving, and creativity
- Knowledge of software necessary to analyse, track, and present data
- Highly skilled in the visual presentation of data
- You have at least working understanding of sales metrics
- Advanced technical expertise in using learning analytics platforms or business intelligence tools, preferably Tableau and PowerBI.
- Practical experience in SQL
- Advanced proficiency in MS
