Data Analyst

Your work will involve building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools that help visualize sales performance and drive business outcomes. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
- Identify key trends and performance metrics to drive sales strategies and outcomes.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize sales data.
- Work closely with the data team to ensure alignment with evolving data structures and initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience as a [sales] data analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python for analysis, and Tableau
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience working with messy or unstructured data and an ability to navigate complexity.
- Ability to work independently and exercise patience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 65,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
