Product Analyst - Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to optimize product operations and drive continuous process improvements. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall product experience. This role is part of the B2B Product team, reporting to the Senior Director Product and Operations.

**You Will**:
+ Develop and document standardized product operations processes, workflows, and procedures

+ Implement new tools, systems, or technologies to automate and enhance product operations

+ Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform process refinements

**You Have**:
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and develop streamlined workflows

+ Basic understanding of product management principles and the product life cycle

+ Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

+ 1-3 years of experience in a product operations or business process improvement role

+ A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is a plus

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
