Únete al equipo de personas que está revolucionando el panorama de la planificación de proyectos relacionados con las energías renovables mediante una herramienta SaaS diseñada para aportar soluciones digitales de alto valor añadido a los profesionales del sector.
Acompaña a un equipo de personas motivadas por la tecnología y la sostenibilidad a alcanzar sus objetivos y los de sus clientes.
**Tus funciones**:
Como Backoffice / Customer Service Team Leader, serás responsable de coordinar y supervisar la actividad de la oficina de proyectos y atención al cliente..Identificarás las áreas de mejora e implementarás las medidas necesarias para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de trabajo. Definirás los KPI y realizarás el seguimiento de los resultados del equipo.
**Requisitos**:
Tienes formación universitaria y/o de posgrado en materia de Ingeniería y/o PMO, gestión de mejora continua (Lean). Aportas experiência como PMO o Customer Service Manager.
