The Senior Manager of Admissions is responsible for overlooking the school´s portfolio performance. Also, this person should work closely with the rest of the commercial team to create a robust recruitment and sales strategy for the master's programs. The Senior Manager of Admission should take the lead in the continuous improvement of the Law School working closely with the academic management team as well as the rest of the commercial team. He/she will report directly to the Head of Admissions & Enrollments.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Junior Manager**will involve**:

- Conduct admission interviews specializing in professional and young professional profiles
- Excellent knowledge of the entire admissions journey
- Plan, coordinate and execute admissions, enrollment and retention events on-Campus and virtually
- Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department on national and international events
- Team leader for direct school reports
- Main liaison with regional directors and office directors
- Main liaison with Deans and Vice-Deans
- Develop strategies that ensure success in recruiting high caliber domestic and international students while working collaboratively with the rest of the internal stakeholders including marketing, international offices, global recruitment and academic teams.
- Leads the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions.
- Management of the school scholarship budget
- Follow up and support analysis of the sales’ results to propose growth solutions.
- Supervision of the planning, editing and review of marketing materials such as brochures, a compelling web presence and state-of-the-art web content to facilitate prospective students and applicants’ interaction, follow-ups and anydirect marketing material.
- Contribute to the development of IE University's brand identity nationally and internationally.
- Improve processes.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Masters degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- European work permit is preferable
- Must exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills, strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent
- Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexible work scheduling, may require night and weekend work and some domestic and international travel
