Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts/ Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Project P&L: Budget vs Actual, Project Margin, ManHours control, cost allocation
- Treasury management: Bank reconciliations and dealing with financial institutions
- Billing (customers/suppliers/third parties)
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor/ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Tax, labour & mercantile obligations with external support, including payroll
- Health & Safety
- Insurances
- Port Taxes
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Experience with Zoho Books /Zoho One would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
- English and Spanish very high level or native
- High communication & teamwork skills
- Knowledge and experience in the nautical sector will be valued
Pay: 1,600.00€ - 2,200.00€ per month
