**Your new role**

We are looking for a customer focused support engineer to join the team and provide technical support functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for learning and improving their technical skills within an international environment.

**Your day to day***
- **Technical assistance through tickets and chat rooms**
***:

- **Support the Account Management team for issues**
***:

- **Work closely with other internal teams when problems require internal escalation.**
***:

- **Be the face of technology, we are looking for a person with decision making and leadership skills.**
***:

- **Provide remote troubleshooting and support to a global workforce**
***

***

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years experience working within a Technical Support (IT Support Capacity)**
***:

- **2+ years Linux experience**
***:

- **1+ year experience with SQL**
***:

- **Demonstrated scripting and automation abilities**
***:

- **Strong technical acumen with a desire to learn**
***:

- **Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills**
***:

- **High English level.**
***
