This CX boutique specialises in providing incredibly high standard customer experience support for fast-growing scale-ups across Europe. The CX Team Leader will be responsible for specific account management (international clients) and direct supervision of an assigned team of customer experience experts.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Team management and new agents onboarding
- Use metrics and data to approach Customer Experience in a strategic way
- Improvement, innovation and efficiency research
- Manage, prioritize and define the roadmap within your projects to achieve your targets
- Create an excellent working environment for your team to keep them motivated and create possibilities of growth, contribute to the happiness and satisfaction of the employees by making them more autonomous
- Report to the CX Head of Operations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as CX Team Lead or similar in a leadership role (ideally 3+ years)
- IT experience with Customer Service/Customer Experience (knowledge of CX tools)
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- A natural problem-solver
- Top-tier organisational ability and leadership ability
- Incredible communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, other languages are always a plus (Dutch, German or French specially)
