Compliance Manager

We are currently looking for an **Compliance Manager **who wants to join our team. You will help us in delivering, managing and supporting our legal work. Keep reading if it sounds interesting

**What will you do?**
- Leading the development, management and implementation of the CMS (Compliance Management System)
- Advising Novicap's teams on compliance and regulatory issues
- Fostering the development and maintenance of the compliance culture
- Preparing and managing training for each department
- Assisting in identifying, investigating, reporting and correction of compliance issues, irregularities and violations
- Assisting in ensuring legal and compliance obligations are followed and that we are in good standing with regulatory agencies when applicable (our business is currently not regulated)
- Conducting research to provide compliance recommendations, advice on upcoming/emerging regulations and evaluation impacts
- Managing ad-hoc compliance projects

In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans

**Who will you be working with?**

You will report directly to our COO and work closely with other teams across Madrid and Barcelona. A young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open

**You are the right fit if you**:

- Are graduated and qualified as Spanish corporate lawyer
- Have 5 years of experience as compliance analyst or manager in a financial services or technology company, a bank, or a law firmHave keen interest in fintech and work in an entrepreneurial team-based environment
- Are fluent in English that allows you to work in the language. We are a multicultural team with a presence in other countries
