**Team Lead, Technical Onboarding EMEA**
Location: Barcelona, Spain
As part of the Technical Solutions team, the Technical Onboarding (TO) team provides specialized integration and onboarding services to our new customers. The TO team is the single technical point of contact for clients from contract signing until revenue generation.
The integration consists of creating relationships with newly signed customers, providing all technical assets required, and guiding them through to technical debugging, quality validation, and campaign launch.
The TO team is obsessed with customer satisfaction and is the most trusted partner of the Sales department by actively participating in Commercial target achievements.
The TO team has to access to a wide range of experts that they leverage using standardized and efficient processes to ensure business is always moving forward when facing advanced technical challenges.
**What will you be doing?**

- Manage team reporting to Manager Technical Onboarding
- Raise the bar and further develop the strong team spirit and each unique and special individual of the team.
- Mentor and develop team, ensuring they focus on the right priorities and get support when needed.
- Escalate any team or individual concerns to the Manager Technical Onboarding promptly and as appropriate.
- Support the Technical Onboarding Specialist to ensure client/partner technical requirements and timelines are met.
- Get clear priorities from Manager Technical Onboarding and ensure the most efficient task distribution within the team, make sure the team have the tools and training to do their job effectively
- Work closely with the Technical Solutions Managers and other Team Leads in the EMEA.
- Create close and trusted relationships with Commercial Leaders across our different channels (Direct Sales, Agencies & other Indirect channels)
- Support the Manager Technical Onboarding in hiring additional team members and be responsible for successfully onboarding them.
- Secure correct TO specialist resource planning, recruitment and allocation across our 7 European markets (FR, DACH, UK, ES, IT, Benelux, Nordics)
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to accelerate and improve client integration time and experience both at the local (Market) and regional (European) level
- Report activities and performances to your manager on a regular basis.
- Maintain contact with the team's day to day activities by dedicating some time to do Individual Contributor's tasks (see below)

- Own and manage the customer onboarding process from the customer commitment stage through to product activation.
- Plan the product integration strategy to minimize integration times.
Test and troubleshoot the client's implementation, providing feedback to the client's engineering team.
- Work closely with your Solution Engineer colleagues to escalate custom requests or technical issues and follow them up until resolution.
- Work closely with the sales team, supporting the pre-sale process when needed and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Contribute to the improvements of the product integration methodology.
- Have previous leadership experience in AdTech or MarTech industries in client-facing roles
- Have either a related technical background or worked in positions where you worked directly with web-technologies
- Believe in leading by example in every situation; absolute professionalism in both attitude and image as you represent both Criteo's Commercial and Technical Leadership
- Act with transparency, accountability, vulnerability and honesty with your team and peers
- Be solution-minded and naturally transform occasional commercial pressure into clear, actionable and forward-looking next steps
- Display excellent business acumen and understanding of short Sales processes at high speed, volume and scale.
- Know how to reconcile facts and perception. Solve problems with a holistic approach using both precise data insights and relevant individual's opinions to make decisions
