**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The Vendors Onboarding team lead (you) will be responsible for increasing our prospective companies by integrating them to our platform and supply chain to help grow our marketplace around the different markets Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, UK, Brazil, Mexico, other South Latam countries and India.

This is a key role for International growth and your main responsibilities will be to lead the vendors onboarding team, define strategies to implement BAU processes to achieve the strategic goals and act as a key stakeholder for setting new business policies.

You will report directly to the Local Operations Director.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You define workflows and Business As Usual (BAU) procedures according to the goals
- You create different files to track and monitor the BAU and conversion rates to make decisions
- You are responsible for establishing and controlling processes through the identification of the main KPIs
- You will resolve problems or identify levers to increase team’s productivity
- You will set clear goals and incentives to the team in order to achieve the strategic goals
- You will elaborate reports for the management team to look over the findings and recommendations
- You will work closely with the different stakeholders and participate in the meetings to give visibility, progress and propose walkarounds when needed
- You will manage data-driven with strong analytics and decision making skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and team development

**SUCCESSFUL VENDORS ONBOARDING (B2B) TEAM LEAD CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the rest of colleagues at different levels
- Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge
- Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful or not
- Sales oriented and customer focused
- Proficient level knowledge of Office and Google tools (mainly sheets, slides)
- Fluent English speaking, written and reading skills. English is our primary language and it is really needed for this position.
