**What You'll Do**:
As VP Marketing team and reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for defining our Marketing and Growth plan across all markets (5+ countries in Africa and Europe), with a strong focus on Driver & Passenger Acquisition and CRM. You will manage our marketing yearly budget and execute a strategy that will involve strong technical, creative and strategic thinking. You will be collaborating with Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Brand, Engineering, and Product teams.

Here are the 5 pillars needed to succeed in the job:

- **Strategy**:Define and implement the Marketing and Growth strategy on all stages of the funnel. This requires a deep knowledge of the acquisition and CRM channels and a deep understanding of our users.
- **Finance**:Own a marketing budget and allocate it to the different teams and channels depending on the marketplace dynamics to build ROI positive campaigns. You will have to build a mix-media modelling logic and have a strong statistician expertise for growth models.
- **Management**:Structure, manage and lead the Marketing team (20+ people), including the CRM, Acquisition, Brand and all the Local Marketing teams.
- **Operations**:Work closely with all teams to help them deliver and reach their OKRs. Facilitate the work of everyone by defining a clear vision and collaboration between all teams.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
To sum-up, this job is perfect for an experienced VP Growth who is willing to step up and later become a CMO of a successful B2C company
- Ex VP Growth with a strong data/statistics background (+10 years of experience)
- Strong CRM and mobile Acquisition expertise, if possible with B2C communities or marketplaces
- Ability to own a budget and create model to measure and improve campaigns ROI
- Good leader with strong communication skills
- Healthy manager who can align the company and its team interests and make people grow
- Outstanding statistician or data analyst who can challenge growth strategies and help define the best one
- Brand aficionado with a strong understanding of Heetch Brand and posture versus its competitors
