The role in a nutshell
Take ownership of your own OSHC service and assist in leading a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children.
Supported by local management and support function teams, you will use the interest of the children and the skills of your team to design and deliver a creative service.
What to expect

Develop community & school partnerships to grow the service;
Manage compliance and lead your team through exemplary example;
Build meaningful relationships with the children and parents;
Split shifts, Monday to Friday.
About you

Approved Diploma/ Bachelor qualification (including childcare, Education, Allied Health, Social and Youth studies, Sport, Drama and similar);
Experience working within a child-centric environment;
Commitment to our company values and philosophy;
Able to produce a valid WWCC and pass a National Crime Check;
