THE ROLE
**In this role you will be responsible for**: Perform a route that allows to be in all stores where skincare Brands. To attend current and potential customers transmitting the benefits and characteristics of the product under his responsibility. Perform cross-selling by transmitting routines to potential consumers. Ensure the correct implementation of merchandising and visibility actions in each of the stores visited. Maintain the point of sale and testers in perfect conditions: ensure the good maintenance of the furniture and products stands, repairs, installation of promotions, etc. Train store BA's on the brand, products, novelties, sales techniques, routines, protocols and brand treatments. Support the perfumeries staff in terms of achieving objectives and motivation to reach them. Follow up on competitor brands in the centers. Performing facial treatments in cabin. Train the beauticians of each center in the brand's facial treatments. Ensure performance in accordance with each of the protocols established by the Training and Sales Departments, in terms of sales, booth, image and attitude.
