We're European Sales Group , a fast-growing French-founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. We're now looking for our first-ever Sales Trainer (VIE contract) , a key role that will directly shape how our SDR team ramp, learn, and grow. Designing and rolling out ongoing training modules (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, etc.) Running regular coaching sessions (1:1 and group) Embedding a consistent sales methodology across all teams Tracking enablement impact through clear KPIs and performance metrics 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally including 1 year as a BDR/SDR + 1 year as an AE Strong understanding of the full sales cycle Fluent in French & English (Spanish is a plus) Close collaboration with Sales Leadership & SalesOps Apply today and help shape the future of our Sales organisation #
