**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies and processes to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of services to clients.
- Work with clients to understand their needs, develop bespoke marketing analytics, data governance, and AI-powered solutions.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of professional services staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Establish and control OKRs and KPIs to measure the performance of the professional services department.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure integration of professional services with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in delivering professional services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services management, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (Google BigQuery, Snowflake or equivalent) and modern BI tools
- Strong understanding of CRMs processes, lead generation, marketing funnels and marketing attribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of Marketing Analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude or equivalent)
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, e.g. Marketo, Pardot.
**Nice To Have**:
- Good understanding or experience with ETL data flows using tools such as Airflow is highly desirable
- Good SQL knowledge would be a plus
- Previous experience with AI and predictive analytics in digital marketing
