Commodity Manager

**These are your tasks**:

- Functional lead of NPR purchasers in the corporate units with regard to central general procurement commodity groups
- Development and implementation of procurement strategies with focus on human resources, marketing and consulting services
- Realisation of procurement market, cost structure and price benchmark analyses
- Overall coordination and alignment of specifications, requirements and award targets in the context of supplier selection
- Preparation and execution of tenders, auctions and negotiations of conditions and contracts

**Who we are looking for**:

- Completed studies with focus on purchasing, mechanical engineering, (business) engineering or comparable studies
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in purchasing of HR, marketing and consulting services
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills and Business fluent language skills in English
- Ideally experience in theuse of modern negotiation methods, e.g. game theory
- Knowledge of the methods of supplier, risk and material group management as well as special knowledge of contract forms and general knowledge of legal bases
- Workplace: Germany, Poland or Hungary
