**Description**

General information: Service team leader work is focused on supervising a team of Service Engineers and Service Technicians and contribute to the execution of the Service strategy and Service growth by focusing on delivery timely, high-quality, cost effective service offerings, solutions and projects (e.g. field service, repair) for customers. Drive Service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: Ensuring technical, safety, quality, schedule, compliance and financial targets are met in the service projects. Overseeing and monitoring the development of the execution on site, ensuring best practices, resource efficiency, results and Health, Safety and Environment. Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with safety standards in accordance with the Spanish regulations and HSE Hitachi Energy's own internal standards Building strong relationships with Field Service Engineers and Service Technicians and taking part in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, vendors and product service centers. Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Providing on-site or remote support, when it is necessary, for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories. Overseeing and monitoring the management of the tools and measuring equipment specific to the unit. Identifying opportunities for the development of new service opportunities, equipment and methods. Giving support in the implementation of service solutions business processes and ongoing service projects. Being part of the team to identify areas for continuous improvement, leading initiatives and collaborating in the development and growth of the services team and business. Availability to travel and actively participate in service projects will be required. Your background: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer or similar. At least 5 years of experience leading a team. Proven experience in environments where HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) is the main focus Proven leadership skills, with a flexible, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning or repairing on the electrical/industrial sector. Development of work with high Quality standards Fluent English. Current work permit valid in Spain. Ability to travel.
