- ** F&B Team Leader** to join our
- **Rosewood Villa Magna** team. Our F&B Team Leader ensure that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good relationships.
- Ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly.
- Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
- Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- In the absence of Assistant Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings, to associates on preparation, service and menu.
- Preparation and Supervision of the mise en place for each meal period and to make sure that everything required during service and for the next shift is ready.
