**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quadratic Funding Round Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end lifecycle of quadratic funding rounds on Giveth, ensuring smooth execution from planning stage to donation phase to post-round analysis. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to set round specifications, curate projects, raise matching pools, manage data analysis, and basically run each round from start-to-finish effectively.

Key Responsibilities:_**
- Coordinate w/ partners and other stakeholders to determine round specifications such as; matching pool size, eligible chains and tokens, eligible projects, etc..
- Conduct outreach and strategize fundraising for matching pools, managing sponsors & proposals, and following up and reporting back achievements.
- Manage sponsor-related data and communications.
- During the round, monitor support channels and address any issues promptly.
- Incorporate user feedback and other stakeholder suggestions to create and manage development issues for round improvements and adjustments; using1-on-1 meetings and surveys
- Coordinate developers, partners and other stakeholders to effectively perform post-round data analysis, with Google Sheets and other quantitative analysis tools.
- Create proposals and forum posts detailing funds distributions and outcomes.

- Proven experience in project or product management, preferably in the Web3 or crowdfunding industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis, crunching numbers, and reporting tools; Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi concepts.
