Giveth is a community focused on Building the Future of Giving using blockchain technology. Our intention is to support and reward the funding of public goods by creating open, transparent and free access to the revolutionary funding opportunities available within the Ethereum ecosystem. **_Who are we looking for?_**

To succeed in this role you must:

- Have experience managing communities (ideally on Discord)Have a resilient soft skillset of listening, networking, flexibility, empathy, and conflict transformation.
- Passionate about our mission to build the future of giving
- Maintain community engagement by being dedicated, detail-focused, organized, and communicative.
- Be tactical and self-controlled when dealing with spammers and trolls.
- Flexible schedule, as our team navigates time zones all over the world.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Crypto-curious Crypto experience preferred.
- Check-in with the community several times a day by generating, publishing and sharing engaging content daily; photos, videos, memes, reviews, schedules and news.
- Collaborate with other teams; like developers and project managers, to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain a healthy ecosystem by communicating with community members and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Give our community members that warm, fuzzy feeling when interacting on our channels by fostering connection.
- Create a memorable and consistent product personality that stands out from the crowd.
- Track important metrics that define success; account growth, community member interactions, and satisfaction.
- Organize and attend weekly community calls and AMAs.
- Produce content in written or multimedia format.
- Recognize the accomplishments of community members by dishing praise
- Set ground rules and enforce community policies.
