Digital Operations and Delivery Manager

As a **Digital Operations Manager**, you will play a key role in managing development, platform specialist teams, and content teams responsible for updating editorial content on our website. This interim role will focus on optimizing the performance of our digital systems, with a primary concentration on enhancing our online store and integrating various software solutions within our Digital Business framework. This position serves as a critical pathway leading to a **Digital Delivery Project Manager** role within the organization.

**Responsibilities as Digital Operations Manager (Initial Months)**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Manage development, platform specialist teams, and content teams.
- Lead and mentor content management teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and effective digital content delivery.

**Agile Project Management**:

- Prioritize projects and tasks through Agile methodologies for efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Provide support and expertise to Development and Content teams, ensuring tasks are defined and aligned with company objectives.

**Process Establishment**:

- Establish engagement processes for clearly defined, documented, and effective implementation of workflows and content strategies.

**Platform Oversight**:

- Lead the technical implementation and maintenance of all digital platforms, including oversight of content management systems.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with other digital teams to deliver new projects and integrations with other systems, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

**Content Strategy**:

- Oversee the development and execution of content strategies to enhance user experience and engagement on digital platforms.

**Transition to Digital Delivery Project Manager**:
Upon successful completion of the interim role, you will transition to the role of Digital Delivery Project Manager, taking responsibility for digital transformation projects. In this role, you will lead projects through all stages of delivery and implementation, managing development and client teams, and delivering on priorities across the company's development roadmap.

**What you will do**:
The Digital Delivery Project Manager will manage the projects across development and client teams, delivering on priorities across the company development roadmap, and lead Sprints and teams in Agile methodologies.

The Digital Delivery Project Manager’s responsibilities are to manage new development projects through coordinating, and evaluating integration project plans including the project roadmap.
- ** Project Management**:

- Lead a team of Project Managers while remaining hands-on in complex projects.
- Manage projects through all stages defined by the PMO process and standards.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with diverse stakeholders and foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- ** Risk and Change Management**:

- Manage all risks and issues associated with the project, escalating when required.
- Manage changes in the scope of the project per the PMO process, escalating to the project steering board when necessary.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Plan and manage new integrations into the existing system throughout the end-to-end platform.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a position with comparable complexity.
- Strong experience in leading projects in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and proven track record in delivering on large Salesforce Service Cloud programs.
- Knowledge of web technologies, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to express complex ideas at Senior Management or Board Level.
- Proven track record of successful management of cross-cultural teams.
- Working experience with RESTful API integration, XML, and JSON files.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence software.
- Fluency in English (minimum level: B2).
