**About the role**

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of services and projects to ensure they meet agreed standards and client expectations.

This role involves strategic planning and project execution, as well as managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction with service delivery.
- **Client Engagement**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Project Oversight**: Lead the delivery of complex Professional Services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- **Resource Management**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and partners, to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide delivery teams to uphold digital enigineering commitment to quality and innovation in customer success.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity and success.
- **Process Improvement**:Champion best practices in delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, leadership teams, and stakeholders on project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**What will make you successful for this position?**
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in project delivery management, preferably within IT Professional Services Firms.
- Strong knowledge of digital engineering solutions or related enterprise technologies is a significant advantage.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the Iberian market and ability to navigate cultural and business nuances in Spain and Portugal.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in different locations. Fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex project challenges effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus
- Technical Knowledge: Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and experience in Agile delivery.

**Preferred Skills**
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2
- Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering digital transformation projects. Experience working in IT projects for RHCG clients would be a plus.
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions and digital transformation strategies.
