We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, invoicing, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing financial transactions, and streamlining logistics processes. Monitor inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities. Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely billing. Implement systems to track and resolve any discrepancies in billing or vendor payments. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to streamline order fulfillment. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for transportation and logistics.
