OverviewOperations Manager — CES Iberia S.L. Madrid (Hybrid). Location: Madrid. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. CES Iberia is part of an international technology group delivering engineering software solutions across Europe and the Middle East. Our team supports universities, industrial clients, and public institutions through innovative tools and digital transformation initiatives. We are opening a new office in Madrid and are looking for our first hire — a talented Operations Manager who will help establish the company’s local presence and build solid operational foundations.The Operations Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing day-to-day operations in Spain, coordinating with internal teams and the vendor, and developing efficient processes that ensure smooth execution of sales, finance, and customer operations. Responsibilities Set up and manage local operations processes (order management, invoicing, reporting). Define and maintain Salesforce workflows to automate and streamline business operations. Manage Salesforce consultants to ensure configurations align with internal requirements and best practices. Design, document, and improve operational processes to support scalability and compliance. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Oversee administrative aspects related to HR, legal, and procurement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in operations, process development, or project coordination. Proven experience with Salesforce administration or workflow definition. Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian or Portuguese a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems. Flexible hybrid work environment. Benefits The opportunity to be the first team member in Madrid and shape local operations.
